Cell Preservation Solution :The principle of the product is to collect vaginal or cervical secretions, obtain exfoliated cells and then immerse them in a liquid-based cell treatment reagent developed for treatment. The lysis components in the reagent can lyse red blood cells and remove the interference of red blood cells on the test results. At the same time, the fixed components in the reagent can preserve and fix white blood cells and exfoliate them. Valuable cells such as deciduous epithelial cells and effective cells wrapped in mucus are fully separated to prevent the loss of valuable cells. Effective cells were prepared into cell suspension. At last, slices of exfoliated cells were made by eliminating the interference of mucus on the production by the method of over-centrifugation. HE staining, Papanicolaou staining or other immunohistochemical staining can be used to stain the cells. Then the cell morphology of vagina or cervix can be examined by artificial observation or computer scanning analysis. The precancerous changes of cervical cancer, cervical endometrial cancer and extremely carcinomas, human papillomavirus and herpes simplex virus infection can be diagnosed.
