HCY™ HS-Taq DNA Polymerase Kit

HCY™ HS-Taq DNA Polymerase activity is activated only after 10 minutes of pre-denaturation at 98°C, which inhibits non-specific amplification caused by non-specific annealing of the primers or primer dimerization at low temperatures. HCY™ HS-Taq DNA Polymerase has 5′-3′ DNA polymerase activity and 5′-3′ exonuclease activity, no 3′-5′ exonuclease activity. The product carries an A base at the 3′ end and can be directly cloned with TA vector.

HCY™ Taq DNA Polymerase is Recombinant Taq DNA Polymerases obtained by E. coli expression purification and modified by a special chemical modification method.

Uses

• PCR with a high background and with non-specific bands.
• Reaction systems can be formulated at room temperature.

Activation Definition

Using activated salmon sperm DNA as template/primer, the activity of 10 nmol of whole nucleotides ingested as acid insoluble was defined as 1 unit of activity (U) at 74°C for 30 min.

Storage Conditions

For long term storage, please store at -20℃ away from light. If frequent use is required, it can be divided and stored at 4℃ to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. After thawing, it should be mixed well to avoid generating a lot of air bubbles.
