Formatted specifically for KingFisher Flex instruments, extract and purify nucleic acid automatically.

- Before use, please check whether the plates are leaking, damaged or the liquid volume do not match the instruction.
If there is any above situation, please do not use. - Shake the pre-filled plates upside down for 3-5 times. Then centrifuge at low speed or pat the plates to make the solution
gather at the bottom of the well. Gently tear off the film of the pre-filled plates. - Pipette 1.2mL Proteinase K Solvent into the Proteinase K Lyophilized Powder tube and mix well to dissolve.
- Add 10 μL of Proteinase K Solution and 300ul of sample into Plate①. If the sample is less than 300 µL, make up to
300 µL with PBS buffer. - Take Thermo KingFisher Flex 96 as an example. Choose “HCY_3Wash_300_KFFlex” protocol. Place 96-well plates and
the tip combs on the instruments according to the instruction on the machine. - The purified nucleic acid is ready for use immediately in the Plate⑥ . Alternatively, store the plates at -20℃ for long term storage.
