HCY™ Taqman qPCR Master Mix (2×)

The product contains all common components, such as Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+, etc. It only requires the addition of a template, primers, and water for PCR amplification.

This product adopts the optimized formula of qPCR special Buffer, which can get a good standard curve in a wider quantification area and accurately perform quantification. This product is compatible with most manufacturers’ fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments, such as Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Bio-Rad and Roche.

This product contains individually packaged ROX for use in PCR instruments that require ROX as a correction dye, which is designed to minimize well-to-well variation by correcting for fluorescence fluctuations unrelated to PCR. A variety of factors, such as pipetting errors and sample evaporation can cause such differences. Different PCR instruments have different requirements for ROX, so please select the concentration of ROX to be added according to the actual instrument used. Please refer to the following table for the type of ROX required by commonly used instruments.

Quality Control

• SDS-PAGE electrophoretic purity greater than 98%;
• Functional test: sensitivity, specificity, reproducibility of PCR;
• No exogenous nuclease activity, no exogenous endonuclease, and exonuclease contamination;
• No expression of host nucleic acid residue.

Preservation Condition

Avoid strong light when storing or preparing the reaction system. For long term storage, store at -20℃ under closed light. For frequent use, it can be divided and stored at 4℃, avoiding repeated freezing and thawing. After thawing, it should be mixed well to avoid generating a large number of air bubbles.
