HCY™ Taqman qPCR Master Mix (2×) is suitable for the detection of Real Time PCR qualitative and quantitative reactions using the probe method.
HCY™ SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix(2×）
HCY™ Taqman qPCR Master Mix (2×) contains all common components such as Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+, SYBR Green I Fluorescent Dye, etc. It is only necessary to add templates, primers and water for PCR amplification.
This product adopts the optimized formulation of qPCR special Buffer, which can get a good standard curve in a wide quantification region and accurately perform quantification. This product is compatible with most manufacturers’ fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments, such as Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Bio-Rad and Roche.
This product contains individually packaged ROX for use in PCR instruments that require ROX as a correction dye, which is designed to minimize well-to-well variation by correcting for fluorescence fluctuations unrelated to PCR. Such differences can be caused by a variety of factors, such as pipetting errors and sample evaporation. Different PCR instruments have different requirements for ROX, so please select the concentration of ROX to be added according to the actual instrument used. Please refer to the following table for the type of ROX required by commonly used instruments.

The product contains the fluorescent dye SYBR Green I. Avoid bright light when storing or preparing the reaction system. For long term storage, store at -20℃ under closed light. For frequent use, it can be divided and stored at 4℃, avoiding repeated freezing and thawing. After thawing, it should be mixed well to avoid generating a large number of air bubbles.
