Huachenyang’s iClean Viral Transport System (VTM-RT Kit) received FDA 510(k) substantial equivalence determination under K212856. The FDA describes the device as a non-propagating transport system intended for the collection and transport of viral specimens for laboratory culture and downstream testing.
The FDA’s current device listing continues to identify Huachenyang as the manufacturer of the iClean Viral Transport System and related VTM/UTM products.
